Bankruptcy:  We may represent or refer both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings for debt relief and recovery.

Business Contracts:  We evaluate, negotiate and draft common business agreements.

Corporations:  We formulate and service both business and charitable private corporations to ensure compliance with state statutes.  We also provide advise about the liability, duties and obligations of officers, directors, and shareholders in private corporations.

Fidelity Bonding:  We provide representation, advice, and consultation for sureties and others agreeing to insure against loss caused by the dishonesty or default of their employees or other persons in positions of trust.

Limited Partnerships:  We formulate and Service Partnerships which have limited liability to prevent access under partnership agreements to all of the limited partners' assets.

Limited Liability Companies:  These companies may select from various tax alternatives but have the limited contractual liability normally associated with a corporation.  We formulate and service these companies and provide advice and counsel related to liability, duties and obligations of members.

Uniform Commercial Code:  The Uniform Commercial Code covers the sale of goods and the creation of security interests in those goods.
